This wall mount piece is a horizontally segmented, contemporary, abstract, shield-like sculpture with a unique undulating surface topography, and 3 added elliptical accent elements. The understructure armatures are plywood with recurved hardboard upstanding fins. 4 way stretch metallic red spandex fabric sensuously conforms to the fins and elliptical elements, creating a dramatic swirling play of reflections which change dramatically as the viewer moves around the piece.
