The old dredge ruin is a prominent landmark of the copper mining era. We kayaked right into it one year through a hole on the side. The vertigo we experienced when paddling into the very large rectilinear room tipped on an angle was memorable.

The Pinnacles, just down slope from Crater Lake rim, are amazing other worldly rock formations formed from volcanic ash, hardened by vertically rising hot gases. Drawing these bizarre spires was really enjoyable.
